By accessing or using the WowlifeStays website, mobile application, or services ('Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Platform. These terms apply to all users including guests, registered members, and property owners.

To make bookings on WowlifeStays, you must create a free account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WowlifeStays reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you make a booking on WowlifeStays:

• The booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing

• You will receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS

• The booking ID serves as your proof of reservation

• WowlifeStays acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners

• Room availability is subject to change until booking is confirmed

• Special requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed

Cancellation policies vary by property type:

Short-Term Stays (less than 1 month):

• Cancellation 24+ hours before check-in: Full refund

• Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund

• No-show: No refund

Monthly PG / Long-Term Stays:

• 15 days notice required for cancellation

• Cancellation after check-in: Proportional refund for remaining days minus 15-day notice period

• Security deposit refunded within 7-10 business days after check-out

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

As a guest, you agree to:

• Comply with all house rules of the property you stay at

• Treat the property and other guests with respect

• Not cause damage to property, equipment, or fixtures

• Not engage in illegal activities on the premises

• Pay for any damages caused during your stay

• Vacate the premises by the agreed check-out time

• Present valid government-issued ID at check-in

Property owners listed on WowlifeStays agree to maintain accurate information about their properties, honor confirmed bookings, provide the facilities and amenities as advertised, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and respond to guest complaints promptly. WowlifeStays reserves the right to delist properties that consistently fail to meet quality standards.

All payments must be made through the WowlifeStays Platform using approved payment methods. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. WowlifeStays may charge a service fee on bookings. Payment information is processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. WowlifeStays does not store card information.

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform

• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the platform

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

• Violate intellectual property rights of WowlifeStays or third parties

WowlifeStays is a marketplace platform and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of properties listed. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

All content on the WowlifeStays Platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of WowlifeStays Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
